Open Life360, tap into a circle, go to Settings then Location Sharing, and switch it off for that circle. Repeat for every circle you belong to.

Revoke the permission on iPhone
Go to Settings, Life360, Location, and choose Never. Back in Life360, turn off Background App Refresh so it cannot restart tracking on its own.

Open Settings, Apps, Life360, Permissions, Location, and pick Don’t allow. Also switch off background data and battery usage for the app.
